What Vyaparvani is
Vyaparvani is an order assistant for Indian trading counters: auto spare parts first, then grocery and FMCG, pharma distribution, hardware and electricals. It answers your WhatsApp and your phone, writes each order up against your own item list, gets the customer to confirm it, and sends confirmed orders to Vyapar.
Why we built it
At most counters, orders arrive as a stream of voice notes, half-typed messages and phone calls during the rush, in the trade's own words (“ek jodi shocker”, “do piece pad”). Someone has to listen, look up the item and type it into the billing software. Vyaparvani does that first pass, and leaves every uncertain order for a person instead of guessing.
How it is built
- Your catalogue first. Orders are matched to your own item names, units and prices, with trade vocabulary for each industry.
- Confirmation before billing. Every order is confirmed by the customer on WhatsApp before it goes to Vyapar.
- Separate by design. Each business has its own account, data and logins.
- Hindi, Hinglish and English on WhatsApp and on calls.
