One counter, one phone number
Vyaparvani reads your customers' WhatsApp messages and voice notes and answers your shop's phone. It writes each order up against your own item list, gets the customer to confirm it on WhatsApp, and sends it to Vyapar. Hinglish, Hindi and English, trade slang included.
Nothing reaches your billing until the customer has confirmed it.
The same four stops for every order, whether it came as a typed message, a voice note at night or a call during the rush.
On WhatsApp (text, photo or voice note) or by calling your number. In their own words: Hinglish, Hindi or English.
